Leaving Desert Center and down that long and winding road we went. Headed toward the Phoenix area. We decided to stop in Parker Arizona to check out that area. It's on the Colorado River a few miles south of Havasu City (where the London Bridge was moved).

The walk along the river
We stopped at an RV park that looked great online. When we got there it was sort of great. These pictures are from the area that is right on the river and would be terrific if you had a boat or some other toy to play with in the water. Unfortunately, we were in the cheap seats way back in the park and away from the water. We were parked in a gravel lot that they were tearing up to do utility work. Oh well, just for the night and Holly could do a couple loads of laundry.
If you were in the proverbial "front row" you also had a personal cabana. Some folks added their personal touches like a chandelier.

This dude had it all. What more can I say?
Of course there was a desert sunset worth a couple of pictures.
